That's not what karma is and not how it works. Karma is like fate, but you control part of it. You do good, you reap the benefits. If you are in a position to save someone, and you choose not to, then your karma gets negative points. But if you choose to save them, you get positive points. All your points add up and if you did lot of good, then enjoy. Else, you are the one in a position that needs saving, but there's no one to save you
